Amaç – Bu çalışmanın amacı hemşireler arası iş birliğinin hemşirelerin iş performansları üzerinde herhangi bir etkisinin bulunup bulunmadığının belirlenmesidir. Yöntem – Betimsel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmanın evreni, İç Anadolu Bölgesindeki bir ilin merkezinde yer alan kamu hastanelerinde görev yapan hemşirelerden oluşmaktadır. Kolayda örnekleme yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, araştırmanın örneklemini araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 391 hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılan anket formunun ilk kısmında hemşirelerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini tespit etmek amacıyla sorulan sorular, ikinci kısmında hemşireler arası iş birliği düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla “Hemşire-Hemşire İş Birliği Ölçeği” ve üçüncü kısmında ise hemşirelerin iş performans düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla “Hemşireler İçin İş Performansı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Anket verilerinin analizi SPSS 23.0 programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular – Kamu sektöründe çalışan hemşireler arasındaki iş birliğinin hemşirelerin sergilediği iş performanslarına yönelik etkisini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada hemşirelerin hemşire-hemşire iş birliğinin ve hemşirelerin iş performans düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Hemşire-hemşire iş birliği ile hemşirelerin iş performansı arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkinin varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Hemşirelerin iş birliği düzeyleri arttıkça iş performans düzeylerinin de artış gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Tartışma – Sağlık profesyonelleri arasında önemli bir yeri olan hemşireler arasındaki iş birliğinin geliştirilmesinin hemşirelerin iş performansları üzerinde olumlu etkisinin olduğu ve bunun da dolaylı olarak hemşireler tarafından sunulan hasta bakım hizmeti kalitesinin arttırılmasında etkili olacağı düşünülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to determine whether the inter-servicers cooperation has any impact on the work performance of the nurses. Method - The universe of this research, in which the visual research method is used, consists of nurses working in public hospitals located in the center of a province in the Inner Anadolu Region. In this study, which used the easy sampling method, the sampling of the study consisted of 391 nurses who agreed to participate in the study. In the first part of the survey form used as a data collection tool, the questions asked in order to identify the socio-demographic characteristics of nurses, in the second part, the "Nurses-Nurses Cooperation Scale" in order to determine the levels of cooperation between nurses, and in the third part, the "Nurses' Work Performance Scale" in order to determine the levels of work performance of nurses. The analysis of the survey data was carried out using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results - In this study, aimed at determining the impact of cooperation between nurses working in the public sector on the work performance that nurses show, the conclusion was that nurses work cooperation and nurses work performance levels were high. The existence of a positive and meaningful relationship between nurses and nurses cooperation and nurses' work performance has been identified at the middle level. As the nurses work level increases, the work performance level has also increased. The development of cooperation between nurses, which is an important place among health professionals, is believed to have a positive impact on the work performance of nurses and will also be effective in improving the quality of patient care services provided indirectly by nurses.
