Abstract:

This work; It was conducted to determine the relationship between the psychological resilience of teachers and their burnout levels in the covid 19 process. In addition, the effect of sociodemographic characteristics such as age, gender, branch and duration of work on the relationship between the psychological resilience of teachers and their burnout levels during the covid 19 process was also investigated. A total of 325 people, 214 women and 111 men, living in Turkey, participated in the study. Sociodemographic data form, Coronavirus 19 Phobia (CP19-S) Scale, Connor-Davidson Psychological Resilience Scale, Maslach Burnout Scale were used in the study. For data collection, scales were transferred to Google Forms and 325 participants were selected using a simple random method. In this study, the Independent Samples T-test was preferred when comparing two independent groups. The relationship between the scales and the relationship between the scale and the continuous variable were examined with Pearson Correlation analysis. As a result of the study, a moderate and negative relationship between Covid 19-Phobia Scale and Connor-Davidson's Psychological Resilience Scale scores, a weak and negative relationship between Covid 19-Phobia Scale and Resilience to Negativity scores, weakness between Covid 19-Phobia Scale and Maslach Burnout Scale scores level and positive relationship was found.
