Abstract:

Fever and ulcer is a common combination of symptoms in children. Ethical research is primarily aimed at the most common diseases. Therefore, in the period of the new Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, this combination is common in children with COVID-19-related multi-inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C). In the COVID-19 pandemic period, a 18-month-old Syrian girl with fever, conjunctivitis, pneumonia, maculopapular eruption was diagnosed with an infection of the scalp. The case was lost with pneumonia and septic shock clinic. With this fact, we aimed at considering that in the period of COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the cases of fever, maculopapular eruption and conjunctivitis, it is also necessary to consider anguish in the MIS-C distinctive diagnosis.
