Gramer can not be considered part from textual knowledge. statement is consisited of grammer and textual knowledge integrity. To persive statement correctly is neither depending an grammer nor the context. Both of them will tell the true meaning of it.In this case, the grammatical rules, while used with text information are depending on the community’s culture and an individual shapes his/her opinion in grammatical ways. By the time, newer rules coming from this result will be cause of the newiest rules in language. The mind will use those intituvely in correct form and perceived correctly, but it will take time to get the rules included in language. Aspects and format words are widen and deep-rooted topic in Turkish, unfortunately this topic has not been mentioned inadequately in gramer books and taught in lectures for aliens. In this work, being shaped in this context, being taught Turkish language for foreingners, particulary at the level B2, Cl and C2. Necessity to be taught the topic of aspect and format words, which are mixed with society’s culture and contain much more abstract meanings, and depending on community’s experiences are proved by examples.
