The width of the tissue and soft tissue thickness around the dentist implants are two important factors for long-term implant stability, function and aesthetics. The need for a minimum amount of keratine mucosa (KM) to preserve the health of the peri-implant tissue is a controversial topic. The autogene greft materials used for keratine tissue aggmentation are free dental grefts (SDGs), subepitelyal joint tissue grefts (SBDGs) and free periosteal grefts (SPGs) that have begun to be applied in recent years. In these facts reports, the implant application was made and the implant areas with insufficient attached KM presence were designed to create a sufficient KM band by making aggmentations (SDG and SBDG) by the method of autogene greft materials.
