Abstract:

Muhammed (sav)’in hadisi şerifleri bulunmaktadır. Eğer genetik sebeplerden dolayı rahatsızlığımız bulunmuyorsa, bu ayet ve hadisi şeriflere uyup dikkat ettiğimiz takdirde obeziteye yakalanma ihtimalimizin az olduğu düşünülmektedir.

The method of the research: The study is prepared as a compilation article by scanning the required literature. The world obesity map announced by the World Health Organization (WHO) is used. There are verses in the Qur’an and hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) about how the way of life should be in Islam. If the person does not have any illness due to genetic reasons, it is thought that he is less likely to get obese as long as he/she obeys the verses and hadiths.
