Bağımsızlık Sonrası Kırgızistan’da İslamiyet ve Kaynakları

Abstract:

Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasından sonra Türkistan coğrafyasının dini yapısında önemli değişiklikler yaşanmıştır. Bağımsızlıktan sonra bölgede cami, medrese ve hacca giden kişi sayısında artış yaşanmıştır. Din, kimliğin bir parçası olarak hem özel hem de kamusal alanda daha görünür olmuştur. Bu çalışmada Sovyetler Birliği ve bağımsızlık sonrası dönemde Kırgızistan’da dindarlığın biçimlenmesinde etkili olan mekanizmalar incelenmiştir. Saha çalışması kapsamında Kırgızistan’ın Bişkek, Oş, CelalAbad ve Narın bölgelerinden nitel veri toplanmıştır. Bağımsızlıktan sonra Kırgızistan’da dini canlanmayı analiz ederken iki ana dinamik özellikle dikkate alınmıştır. Bunlardan birinci grubu din adamları ve faaliyet gösterdikleri mescitler oluşturmuştur. Bölgede din alanını şekillendiren ve bu çalışma kapsamında ele alınan ikinci başlık ise müderrisler ve faaliyet gösterdikleri medreseler ve diğer eğitim kurumları olmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında Kırgızistan için Müslüman tipolojisi oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu tipoloji kapsamında ‘geleneksel Müslümanlar’, ‘radikal Müslümanlar’ ve ‘kültürel kimlik olarak Müslümanlar’ kategorileri oluşturulmuştur. Geleneksel Müslüman kategorisi ise geleneksel dindar Müslümanlar ve sekülerdindar Müslümanlar olarak ikiye ayrılmıştır.

After the dissolution of the USSR, a significant change has occurred in the religious structure of the Turkish region. In the region, there is a significant increase in the number of mosques, madrasas, and the number of people making a pilgrimage. The religion as a part of identity has become more visible in both public and private spheres. In this study, the mechanisms shaping the religosity in Kyrgyzstan during the Soviet Union period and post-independence period are elaborated. Qualitative data have been collected during the field work carried out in Bishkek, Oş, CelalAbad, and Narın regions. In analyzing the revival of religion in post-independence Kyrgyzstan, special attention is paid to two groups of dynamics. The first group of dynamic is religious personnel and the mosques in which those personnel serve. The second group of Dynamics shaping the religious field in the region is mudarrises and madrasahs, and other religious education institutions in which religious instruction is conducted. In this study, it is also aimed at creating Muslim hood typologies for Kyrgyzstan. For this purpose, three main typologies are formed namely; 'traditional Muslims', 'Radical Muslims' and 'Cultura Muslims'. Moreover, the category of 'traditional Muslims' has divided into two as 'traditional pious Muslims' and 'secular pious Muslims'.
