References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

JAPON BILDIRCINLARINDA ESTERİFİYE GLUKOMANNAN'IN DENEYSEL AFLATOKSİKOZİS'TE BAZI BİYOKİMYASAL PARAMETRELER ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Japon bıldırcınlarında (Coturnix coturnix japonica) deneysel kronik aflatoksikozise (1 mg/kg yem AF) karşı farklı dozlarda (1 g/kg ve 2 g/kg yem GM) esterifiye glukomannan (GM) kullanımının bazı biyokimyasal parametreler açısından koruyucu etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada 10 günlük sağlıklı, 240 adet erkek Japon bıldırcını kullanıldı. Hayvanlar eşit olarak 6 gruba ayrılarak kontrol (K) grubu normal bıldırcın yemi, aflatoksin (AF) grubu 2 mg/kg aflatoksin, 1. glukomannan (GM1) grubu 1 g/kg GM, 2. glukomannan (GM2) grubu 2 g/kg GM, 1. glukomannan+aflatoksin (AF+GM1) grubu 2 mg/kg aflatoksin + 1 g/kg GM ve 2. glukomannan+aflatoksin (AF+GM2) grubu 2 mg/kg aflatoksin + 2 g/kg GM içeren aynı yemle 42 gün boyunca beslendi.

Effects of esterify glucomannan in Japanese scientists on basic biochemical parameters in experimental aflatoxycosis
2007
Author:
Abstract:

This study was aimed at determining the protective effects of the use of esterified glucomannan (GM) in different doses (1 g/kg and 2 g/kg GM) against experimental chronic aflatoxycosis (1 mg/kg food AF) in Japanese bulbs (Coturnix coturnix japonica) in terms of certain biochemical parameters. In the study, 10 days of healthy, 240 male Japanese beans were used. Animals were equally divided into 6 groups of control (K) normal flush food, aflatoxin (AF) group 2 mg/kg aflatoxin, 1 glukomannan (GM1) group 1 g/kg GM, 2 glukomannan (GM2) group 2 g/kg GM, 1 glukomannan+aflatoxin (AF+GM1) group 2 mg/kg aflatoxin + 1 g/kg GM and 2 glukomannan+aflatoxin (AF+GM2) group 2 mg/kg aflatoxin + 2 g/kg GM included the same food for 42 days. It is 21 and 42. When the blood samples taken in the days were studied, the total protein (TP), a'lbumin, triglyceride, cholesterol, glucose, calcium (Ca), inorganic phosphorus (IP) and blood urine nitrogen (BUN) levels in the AF and AF+GM1 groups were found to decline, and the activity of the alaninaminotransferase (ALT) and aspartataminotransferase (AST) enzymes increased (P<0.05). With the application of 2 g/kg dosage GM as adsorban, TP, albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol, glucose and BUN levels and ALT and AST activities were observed significantly different from the AF and low dosage GM groups (P<0.05) and similar to the control group values. The study found that the GM used in the 1 g/kg feed dosage as a protective against aflatoxycosis has no positive effect, but the application of GM at the 2 g/kg level has a positive effect on many parameters.
