Abstract:

Yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler, maliyetlerini yönetebilmek amacıyla rekabetçi iş dünyasındaki işletmeleri geleneksel maliyet belirleme yöntemleri yerine çağdaş maliyet yönetimi yaklaşımlarına sevk etmiştir. Söz konusu çağdaş maliyetleme yöntemlerden biri tüketici istek ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda ürünün tasarım aşamasından itibaren maliyetlerini kontrol etme imkânı veren hedef maliyetleme yöntemidir. Maliyet azaltma tekniklerinden biri olan bu yöntemin süt ürünleri üreten işletmelerde uygulanabilirliği, bir işletmeden alınan verilerle değerlendirilmiş ve sonucunda üretim sırasında hangi giderlerin kontrol altına alınması gerektiği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The technological developments have moved in the competitive business world to modern cost management approaches instead of traditional cost determination methods in order to manage their costs. One of these modern cost methods is the target cost method that allows the consumer to control costs from the design stage of the product in accordance with the consumer’s needs and needs. The applicability of this method, which is one of the cost-reduction techniques, in dairy producing enterprises, was assessed by data obtained from an enterprise and therefore determined which costs should be controlled during production.

Abstract:

This is one of the contemporary costing methods; is the target costing method which enables to control the costs from the design phase of the product in line with consumer demands and needs. The applicability of this method, which is one of the cost reduction techniques, in milk products producing enterprises, was evaluated with the data obtained from an enterprise and as a result it is determined which costs should be controlled during production.
