So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Derin anemi ve yaygın lenfadenomegali ile kendini gösteren sistemik lupus eritematozus olgusu

Abstract:

Sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE), nükleer antijenlere karşı doğrudan oto-antikor gelişimi ile kendini gösteren, otoimmün kökenli ve klinik olarak heterojen bir hastalıktır. SLE birçok sistem ve organ tutulumu ile kendini gösterebilir. En yaygın bulgular raş, artrit, halsizlik, nefrit ve nörolojik bulgulardır. Ancak anemi, trombositopeni, lokalize veya yaygın lenfadenomegali de SLE’li hastalarda görülebilen bulgulardır. Bu yazıda, derin anemi, yaygın lenfadenomegali ve kilo kaybı ile hematoloji polikliniğimize müracaat etmiş, yapılan incelemeler sonucunda SLE tanısı konmuş olan 17 yaşında bir kadın hasta bildirilmiştir.
