Abstract:

Kitap Değerlendirmesi Çalışma, sahasında nitelikli çalışmalar yapan Seyit Mehmet Uğur'un "Hanefî Mezhebinde Mezhep İçi Tercih ve Usûlü" başlıklı doktora tezinin kitaplaştırılarak yayımlanmasıyla ortaya çıkan eserin amaç, yorumlama, bağlam, üslûp, literatür ve içerik açısından çeşitli yönlerle değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Eser, bu bağlamda tarafsız bir şekilde incelenmiş ve olumlu yönlerine değinilmesinin yanı sıra eksik görülen bazı kısımları da eleştirilmiştir.
