So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The treatment of diabetic wounds is a very difficult and expensive condition that reduces the quality of life of the patient. In this area, cell products obtained from various sources with root cell treatment have been replaced in clinical use in treatment. The peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PKMH) is a source of root cell (KH) that is easily obtained from peripheral circulation. In this study, the aim was to study the effect of the application of PKMH on the healing in the diabetic greft wound model. Method and Requirements: The total blood from the rats was secured by the isolation and reproduction of PKMH in culture. In the back area of the rats, four full layer skin greps were made in size 1x1 cm. The control, sham and PKMH were divided into 3 groups in rats with streptozotosin and diabetes, after the control group was made only the greft wound model, the sham group was applied only foods and the PKMH group was applied to the PKMH wound area in their foods. Cell therapy was applied to each wound in the form of 1x106 cells/day. In the early days of the period (3. It was examined by a biopsy. Hematoxylene-eosine (H-E) as histochemical (HK), masson trichrome (MT) paintings, eNOS and iNOS for oxidative stress as immunohistochemical (IHK), inflammation indicator IL-1β painted. A statistical analysis was done with H-score. Results: 3rd day H-E and MT paintings showed significant histopathological improvements in the group given PKMH. Immunohistochemical paintings also showed a significant decrease in eNOS, iNOS and IL-1β immunoreactivity in the group applied to PKMH. Immunohistochemical paintings were observed as statistically meaningful when assessed with H-score. PROPOSITION AND RESULTAT: The application of PKMH has been shown to contribute to the treatment of the inflammatory process of the healing of the diabetic wound. This study, which will contribute to their use in the treatment of chronic wounds, is believed to improve the quality of life of patients by reducing the costs of treatment and shortening the time of healing.
