Bu çalışmanın amacı, suça sürüklenen çocuklara yapılan psikososyal müdahalelerde ekolojik sistem yaklaşımının kullanılmasını bir olgu çerçevesinde incelemektir. Olgu 16 yaşında, Ankara Çocuk Mahkemesine Şubat 2015 ayında “taksirle bir kişinin yaralanmasına neden olma” suçundan hakkında ceza davası açılan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden M’dir. M’ye öncelikle çalışma hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu çerçevesinde görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmada olgunun psikososyal durumu ekolojik sistem yaklaşımı katmanlarına göre koruyucu ve risk faktörleri olarak açıklanmış ve bu doğrultuda yapılan müdahaleler izlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ekolojik sistem yaklaşımının suça sürüklenen çocuklara yapılan müdahalelerde etkili biçimde kullanılabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
The aim of this study is to study the use of the ecological system approach in psychosocial interventions against the criminally driven children in the context of a fact. The case; 16 years old, M, who agreed to participate in the work, was opened to the Ankara Children's Court in February 2015 for the crime of "causing a person to be injured by a tax" and agreed to attend the work. M was first discussed in the framework of the semi-structured discussion form provided and prepared on the work. In the study the psychosocial state of the phenomenon was described as protective and risk factors according to the ecological system approach layers and the interventions in this direction were monitored. The study finds that the ecological system approach can be effectively used in the interventions against the infants who are criminalized.
