Bazı Sofralık Üzüm Çeşitlerinin Salkım ve Tane Özellikleri ile Olgunluk Kriterlerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu araştırma, ÇOMÜ Dardanos Yerleşkesi’ndeki ‘Ziraat Fakültesi Çiftliği Bitkisel Üretim Birimi’ ‘Sofralık Üzüm Çeşitleri Araştırma ve Uygulama Bağı’nda, 2014 ve 2015 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma materyali olarak sofralık çeşitlerden ‘Yalova İncisi’, ‘Cardinal’, ‘Yalova Çekirdeksizi’, ‘Ata Sarısı’, ‘Italia’, ‘Kozak Beyazı’, ‘Amasya Beyazı’ ve ‘Müşküle’ üzüm çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Üzüm çeşitlerinden iri koruk döneminden itibaren hasada kadar haftalık olarak örnek alınmak suretiyle tane ağırlığı (g), tane eni (mm), tane boyu (mm), %SÇKM, %asitlik, pH ve olgunluk indisi (%SÇKM/%asitlik) değerleri belirlenmiş, ayrıca hasat tarihinde alınan salkımlarda salkım eni (cm), salkım boyu (cm), salkım sıklığı (1–9), salkım ağırlığı (g) ve ortalama verim (g/omca) değerleri de hesaplanmıştır. Sofralık üzüm çeşitlerinin incelenen iki yıllık ortalamalarında ortalama verimi en yüksek (7609 g/omca), en geniş (12,56 cm) ve en uzun salkımlı (20,93 cm) çeşidin ‘Ata Sarısı’, en sık (6,99) ve en ağır salkımlı (409,7 g) çeşidin ‘Italia’, en geniş taneli (22,51 mm) çeşidin ‘Cardinal’, en uzun ve en ağır taneli (26,20 mm ve 8,61 g) çeşidin ‘Ata Sarısı’, en yüksek %SÇKM’yi (%19,82) oluşturan çeşidin ‘Kozak Beyazı’, en yüksek pH (3,86), en düşük %asitlik (%0,445) ve en yüksek olgunluk indisine (40,05) sahip çeşidin ise ‘Müşküle’ üzüm çeşidi olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

This research was conducted in the 2014 and 2015 years of the Ziraat Faculty’s Farm Plant Production Unit’s “Sofrazy Wine Sorts Research and Application Binding” in the Dardanos settlement of the COMU. The research material was used from the food varieties ‘Yalova Pearl’, ‘Cardinal’, ‘Yalova Cherry’, ‘Ata Yellow’, ‘Italia’, ‘Kozak White’, ‘Amasya White’ and ‘Müşküle’ vineyards. From the large conservation period to the harvest, the weekly sample of one weight (g), one length (mm), one length (mm), %CKM, %acidity, pH and maturity index (%CKM/%acidity) are determined, and the values of the harvest (cm), the length of the harvest (cm), the frequency of the harvest (1-9), the weight of the harvest (g) and the average yield (g/omca) are also calculated in the harvest received in the harvest. In the two-year average of the studied grape varieties, the average productivity is high (7609 g/omca), the wider (12,56 cm) and the longest dispersed (20,93 cm) varieties 'Ata Yellow', the most frequent (6,99) and the heavest dispersed (409,7 g) varieties 'Italia', the wider (22,51 mm) varieties 'Cardinal', the longest and heavest dispersed (26,20 mm and 8,61 g) varieties 'Ata Yellow', the highest percentage of CKM (19,82) varieties 'Kozak White', the highest pH (3,86), the lowest percentage of acidity (0,445) and the highest maturity (405) varieties 'Mulk' have been determined.
