Game is both entertaining and educational tool for children. With playing games, children learn the daily life practices more easily. Game develops children's sense of togetherness. For the children with disabilities in addition to special education they receive, participation in certain activities with normal children is very important to their personal development. Undoubtedly, one of the most important environment for children to attend activities together is unimpeded playgrounds. Therefore, equipment in playgrounds should be designed considering all children. Equipment should not be able to distinguish between normal and disabled. In this study, the design criteria of unimpeded playgrounds are demonstrated through examples.
