Abstract:

Synthetic cannabinoids SK are a subgroup of cannabinoids and have been very prominent in drug use in recent years. The use of these substances is increasing today especially in young people and young adults. The number of cases that appeal to emergency services is increasing every day, and the cases resulting in death are. The long-term use of SKs has been to lead to addiction syndrome, absence symptoms, and psychiatric symptoms, similar to the use of scratch. In acute poisoning, it is more similar to those seen in the use of stimulating and sympathetic substances. Because the mixture sold on the market contains SKs in different combinations and rates, the prediction of clinical effects is also difficult. The study aims to discuss the clinical and pharmacological characteristics of SKs used in increasing rates, the prevalence of use, the dimension of judicial medicine, legal regulations, prevention and treatment dimensions.
