Lymphangiomas are hamartomatous congenital malformations, affect skin, subcutaneous tissues and mucosa. It constitutes 4% of all vascular tumors. Although it usually presents at birth or in early childhood, it has also acquired forms. Typically, it occurs as 2 to 4 mm diameter clear, pink, red or black colored and clustered vesicles. Lesions settle proximal parts of the extremities, abdomen, thighs, buttocks and tongue; rarely it can be seen in buccal mucosa, vulva, perineum and scrotum. Surgical excision, cauterization, cryotherapy or laser is used in treatment. Herein, a rare case of thirteen-year-old girl who has lymphangioma circumscriptum settled in buccal mucosa is offered.
