EPİDURAL ANESTEZİ İLE DOĞUM YAPAN PRİMİPAR ANNELERDE ERKEN TEN TENE TEMASIN EMZİRME ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ Amaç: Araştırma epidural anesteziyle vaginal doğum yapan primipar annelerde erken ten tene temasın emzirme üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla deneysel tipte planlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini, Batı Karadeniz bölgesinde bulunan Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Hastanesi doğum servisinde, epidural anesteziyle vajinal doğum yapan, araştırmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden, primipar 60 anne (30 deney, 30 kontrol grubu) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Tanımlayıcı Bilgi Formu”, “Emzirme Tanılama Ölçüm Aracı (LATCH)” ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Deney ve kontrol grubu arasında annelerin bebeklerini doğumdan sonra ilk emzirdikleri zaman bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p : .038). Deney grubundaki anneler ilk 30 dakika içerisinde bebeklerini emzirmişlerdir (p : .012). Deney grubunda ten tene temas sırasında spontan ve yardımla emzirme oranı, kontrol grubundan anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur (p : .048). Deney grubu olguların LATCH toplam puan ortalaması, kontrol grubundan daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, doğumdan sonra ten tene temas uygulanan deney grubundaki annelerin bebeklerini ilk 30 dakika içerisinde emzirdiği ve LATCH puanın yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Ten temasının ilk bağlanmayı oluşturması ve emzirmeye başlama süresini kısalttığı sonuçlarla görülmektedir. Annelerin emzirme konusunda motivasyonlarının artırılıp desteklenmesi önerilmektedir. The effect of Early Testing on Embryo in Primary Mothers with Epidural Anesthesia Objective: The research was planned in a experimental type to determine the effect of Early Skin Tone Contact on Breastfeeding in Primary Mothers with Epidural Anesthesia. Instrument and Method: The sample of the study was formed by the Primipar 60 mothers (30 experiments, 30 control groups) who took vaginal birth with epidural anesthesia at the Women's Birth and Child Diseases Hospital in the West Black Sea Region. The data of the study was collected with the "Detektive Information Form", the "Latch Detection Measurement Instrument" (LATCH). Results and Results: The experiment and control group found that there was a statistically significant difference between mothers when they first breastfeed their babies after birth (p: .038). Mothers in the trial group breastfeed their babies within the first 30 minutes (p: .012). In the experimental group, the rate of spontaneous and assisted breastfeeding during contact with the skin was significantly higher than the control group (p: .048). The total score average of the LATCH incidents of the experimental group was higher than the control group. According to these results, the testing group found that the mothers in the skin contact after childbirth breastfeed their babies within the first 30 minutes and the LATCH score was high. It is seen with the results that the skin contact creates the first bond and shortened the time of starting breastfeeding.
