In recent years, the rates of Caesar have increased and the health systems have tried various ways to correct this situation. Pregnancy training is one of these. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of pre-born education on the nullipar rate of cesarine in women. Tools and Methods: This is a retrospective, cohort study. Our study included 200 nullipar women who were born in our hospital (a group of pre-born education, n = 86 and a group of non-born education, n = 114). The data is collected from pre-born training classes forms and patient files. Results: In the pre-born group, the rate of Caesar was 30.2%, and in the non-born group, the rate of Caesar was 36.8%. This result was statistically meaningful (p < 0,05). The result: nullipar women who receive pre-born education have a decrease in the percentage of caesarean. Furthermore, pre-born training programs should be standardized and the number of participants should be increased around the world. Antenatal education programs are one of them. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of antenatal education on cesarean rates in nulliparous women. Material and Methods: This is a retrospective, cohort study. In total, 200 nulliparous women who were given birth at our hospital (educated group, n = 86 and uneducated group, n = 114) participated in the study. Data were collected from the antenatal education class forms and patient files. Results: The rate of cesarean section in the group receiving antenatal education was found 30.2% and the rate of cesarean section in the uneducated group was 36.8%. It was statistically significant (p< 0,05). Conclusion: The rate of cesarean section decreases in nulliparous women who were taken antenatal education. In addition, antenatal education programs must be standardized and the number of participants should be increased all over the world.
