The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between class teachers’ exhaust perceptions and job satisfactions and intentions to leave school. The research method used a relative research model to determine the relationship between class teachers’ exhaust perceptions, job satisfactions and intentions to leave school. The sample group consists of 867 class teachers who are working in the Başakşehir and Şişli districts in Istanbul. The SPSS program has been used to analyze the data obtained by applying the "Made of Disability", "Made of Employment Satisfaction" and "Made of Intent to Leave School". The exhaust perceptions are determined that the total score is equal to the "Sometimes" range. Teachers' work satisfaction levels are defined as "Middle Level". The teacher’s intention to leave the job is also the result of the perception that it is “mediate level”. The Pearson Moments Collapse Correlation Analysis has found that there is a middle-level relationship between teachers’ work satisfaction (in all dimensions) and the perceptions of exhaust and the perceptions of the intention to leave school in a negative direction. Regression analysis has found that teachers’ exhaust levels are a meaningful indicator of both their job satisfaction and their intention to leave the school.
