With the phenomenon of globalization, organizational structures, business models are undergoing a process of change and transformation in sense of leadership. Y Generation.which will take place in the near future in almost all parts of the business life. Leadership perceptions of white collar and blue collar workers; its levels of job satisfaction and motivations is important in terms of the model of leadership that they expect with their own implementation. The player assumes the role of an effective leader who adapt to change and in this context it is also important to demonstrate a leadership model in the direction of helping the group has undertaken the leadership on the other. In this study Generation Y with bluecollar workers ' job satisfaction and perceptions of leadership have been researched. At the end of this study, leadership aspirations of generation Y bluecollar employees is close to servant leadership approach
