So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Yeni Uygur Türkçesindeki Organ Adlarıyla Kurulmuş Deyimler
2020
Journal:
Uluslararası Uygur Araştırmaları Dergisi
Author:
Abstract:

The name of the new Uighur in Turkish
2020
Author:
Abstract:

This article discussed the work on the words that the Uighur Turks in the New Uyghur Turkish region are currently using with organ names. I say, "Idiom" in the Uyghur Turkish is the unit in the linguistics of "expressing a lot of meaning with a little word" as in other Turkish languages. Many of the sentences are word art; it is used to add beauty, vitality and attractiveness to the narrative. In Uighur Turkish there is no dictionary or book that is only studied on words. Therefore, there is no source that we can access directly. With this work, this vacuum will be attempted to fill in even a little. As it is known, there is no common view on the sentences in the modern Turkish languages, and the sentences are always attracted to the attention as an important language element that reflects the cultural characteristics of each era, which we often encounter in Turkish language research. The Uyghur Turkish, in terms of its cultural, literary and vocational existence, holds an important place in the contemporary Turkish language. The phrases in the Uyghur Turkish, especially the phrases used with organ names, are a type of phrases that are widely used in the written language or in the popular language. In our study, the words established with organs in Uyghur Turkish will be evaluated by aggregating their meanings in terms of their correspondence in Turkish Turkish or approximately meaning.

Idioms Formed By Using Organ Names In Modern Uyghur Turkish
2020

Abstract:

This article mainly examines the research on the idioms in Modern Uyghur Turkish or those used by the Uyghur Turks currently living in East Turkestan. Idiom or “İdiyom”, as it is called in Uyghur Turkish, is a linguistic unit that helps “expressing many meanings in a few words”, as it is the case in other Turkic languages. Most idioms are a figure of speech used for finer, more dramatic and engaging expressions. There is no dictionary or book in Uyghur Turkish that specifically deals with idioms. Therefore, we have no direct reference for idioms. This study attempts to fill this gap even if only partially. As is known, there is no consensus on idioms among modern Turkic languages. Idioms are an important linguistic unit commonly seen in Turkish language studies which reflects the cultural characteristics of all ages. Uyghur Turkish occupies a significant place among modern Turkish languages in terms of culture, literature and vocabulary. Idioms in Uyghur Turkish and particularly those that involve names of organs is a kind that is very common either in written language or folk speech. This study examines the meaning of the idioms in Uyghur Turkish formed using organ names and their exact or closest counterparts in modern Turkish.
