Fdg Pet/bt'de Covıd-19 Aşısına Bağlı Hipermetabolik Aksiller Lenfadenopati

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada onkoloji hastalarında F18-florodeoksiglukoz (FDG) pozitron emisyon tomografi/ bilgisayarlı tomografide (PET/BT) COVID-19 aşılarına bağlı hipermetabolik aksiller lenf nodu insidansını ve hipermetabolik aksiller lenf noduna etki eden faktörleri değ erlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Hastalar ve Yöntem: 15 Ocak 2021-15 Haziran 2021 tarihleri arasında kurumumuzda FDG PET/BT görüntülemesi yapılan hastalardan bir veya iki doz COVID-19 aşısı (CoronaVac veya Biontech) uygulanmış olanlar çalışmaya dahil edildi. Birinci ve ikinci aşılama sonrası ipsilateral hipermetabolik aksiller lenf nodu varlığı ve sayısı, FDG tutulumu ve bu veriler arasında fark olu p olmadığı araştırıldı. Bulgular: CoronaVac ile aşılanan hastaların %9,9'unda (18/182) [1. dozdan sonra %9,6 (9/94), 2. dozdan sonra %10,2 (9/88)]; Biontech ile aşılanan hastaların %37,5'inde (9/24) [1. dozdan sonra %35 (7/20), 2. dozdan sonra %50 (2/4)] tek taraflı hipermetabolik aksiller lenf nodu gözlendi. CoronaVac uygulanan hastalarda hipermetabolik aksiller lenf nodu varlığı ile yaş ar asında negatif korelasyon saptandı. Sonuç: CoronaVac sonrası hipermetabolik aksiller lenf nodu sıklığı, çalışmamızda küçük bir hasta grubu olan mRNA aşılarından sonra gözlenenden ve literatürde bildirilenden daha düşüktü. Ancak mRNA grubunda hasta sayısının yetersiz olması nedeniyle istatistiksel fark değerlendirilememiştir. Yanlış pozitiflikleri azaltmak için FDG PET/BT'den önce kısa bir aşı anamnezi alınması önerilir. FDG PET/BT'nin farklı biyoteknolojilerle üretilen aşıların etkinliğinin karşılaştırılmasındaki potansiyel rolü, daha geniş hasta popülasyonlarında yapılacak çalışmalarla araştırılmalıdır .

Purpose: In this study oncology patients F18-florodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computer tomography (PET/BT) COVID-19 vaccine-related hypermetabolic acceleration lymph nod incidence and hypermetabolic acceleration lymph nod influencing factors are aimed at mitigating. Patients and Method: From 15 January 2021 to 15 June 2021 patients with FDG PET/BT screening in our institution who were given one or two doses of COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac or Biontech) were included in the study. The presence and number of lymphatic nodes after the first and second vaccination was studied and there was no difference between the presence and number of lymphatic nodes, the presence of the FDG and these data. Results: in 9.9% of patients vaccinated with CoronaVac (18/182) [9.6% after dose 1 (9/94), 2. 10.2% after dose (9/88)]; in 37.5% of patients vaccinated with Biontech (9/24) [35% after dose 1 (7/20), 50% after dose 2 (2/4)] one-sided hypermetabolic axils were observed in the lymph nodes. In patients applied CoronaVac hypermetabolic acts with the presence of lymphatic nodes, a negative correlation between age and age was identified. The result: The hypertetabolic axils of the lymph nodus after CoronaVac were lower than observed and in the literature after the mRNA vaccines, which were a small group of patients in our study. However, the statistical difference was not assessed because the number of patients in the mRNA group was insufficient. It is recommended to take a short vaccination anamnesis before FDG PET/BT to reduce the negative positivities. The potential role of FDG PET/BT in comparing the effectiveness of vaccines produced by different biotechnologies should be studied by studies in wider patient populations.
