So many results that aren't mine?

Katmanlı İmalat ile Üretilen Metal Malzemelerin Kaynak Kabiliyeti

Abstract:

Katmanlı imalat teknolojisine olan ilgi son yıllarda artış göstermektedir. Katmanlı imalat tekniği, geleneksel imalat yöntemlerinin aksine malzeme eksiltme değil de, malzeme eklenmesi prensibine dayanmaktadır. Yüksek tasarım serbestliği, artık malzeme oluşmaması, kullanıcıya özel ürünlerin imal edilebilmesi, tasarımdan imalata geçiş süresinin düşük olması, hücresel yapılar ve optimum tasarımlar ile daha hafif ürün elde edilebilmesi katmanlı imalat tekniğinin avantajlarındandır. Bunun yanında katmanlı imalat tekniğinin bir takım dezavantajları da bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan bir tanesi katmanlı imalat ile üretilen ürünlerin boyutlarının sınırlı olmasıdır. Araştırmacılar bu problemi ortadan kaldırmak amacıyla katmanlı imalat tekniği ile üretilen metalik malzemeleri kaynak yöntemiyle birleştirerek çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Bu çalışmada lazer ergitme-sinterleme ve elektron ışını ergitme yöntemleri kullanılarak üretilen malzemelerin kaynak kabiliyetinin araştırıldığı çalışmalar derlenmiştir.

Capacity of metal materials produced by layered manufacturing

Abstract:

The interest in layer manufacturing technology has increased in recent years. The layer manufacturing technique, unlike traditional manufacturing methods, is based on the principle of adding materials, not the material depletion. High design freedom, no more material formation, the ability to produce user-specific products, the low time of transition from design to manufacturing, the ability to obtain a lighter product with cell structures and optimal designs are the advantages of layer manufacturing technology. In addition, there are a number of disadvantages of the layer manufacturing technique. One of these is that the size of the products produced by layer manufacturing is limited. The researchers are doing studies by combining metal materials produced with layer manufacturing technique in order to eradicate this problem. In this study, studies have been collected in which the source capacity of materials produced using laser ergitme-sintering and methods of ergitme of electron radiation has been studied.
