Amaç: Çalışmamız küçültme mammaplasti (KM) ameliyatı geçirmiş hastaların ameliyat sonrası takibinde ultrasonografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemenin rolünü değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya dahil olan tüm hastalara ameliyat sonrası 6. ayda ayrıntılı meme muayenesi yapıldı. Bilateral meme US ve bilateral meme MRG tetkikleri istendi.
Purpose: Our study aims to evaluate the role of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in postoperative tracking of patients who have undergone microscopic mammoplasty (KM) surgery. Method and method: All patients involved in the study were undergoed a detailed breast examination in the sixth month after the surgery. It is required for bilateral breast U.S. and bilateral breast MRG tests. Results: All patients in USG were monitored by increased skin thickness depending on surgery and after-operative collections of liquids in the locus. The most common findings in MRG were parenkimal distortion and asymmetry, focal fibrosis, postoperative liquid collection and fat necrosis. The conclusion: The comprehensive work that follows the breast bugs of patients who have undergone KM surgery is not in the literature. With high-resolution USG, malignant and benign distinction can be made even in very small injuries. MRG is not a routine method of diagnosis used in the diagnosis of breast lesions. In our study, the superiority of MRG to the USG examination has not been established and similar findings have been obtained. When USG is assessed in terms of cost, it is also more advantageous than MRG.
