Abstract:

Sosyal hizmet uzmanları, mesleki değer ve yükümlülükleri arasındaki çatışmalardan doğan ikilemlerle mesleki müdahaleleri süresince sürekli karşılaşmaktadırlar. Bu çatışmalara çözüm getirmek amacıyla sosyal hizmet uzmanları, müracaatçıları için etik kararlar vermeye çalışmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının etik karar verme süreçleri hakkında bilgi verilirken öncelikle etik, sosyal hizmet etiği, sosyal hizmet değerleri, sosyal hizmette etik ikilemler, etik karar verme ilkeleri ve etik karar verme modelleri tartışılmıştır.

Social services professionals are constantly encountered during their professional interference with the conflicts between their professional values and obligations. In order to bring a solution to these conflicts, social services experts are trying to make ethical decisions for their dealers. This study provides information about the ethical decision-making processes of social services professionals, first of all discussing ethics, social service ethics, social service values, ethical doubles in social service, ethical decision-making principles and ethical decision-making models.
