Abstract:

The main aim of the science of ergonomics, whose focus is human, is to increase the  adaptability of the work to human and human to work. It is possible to state that  musculoskeletal disorders can easily occur in the enterprises where this adaptation cannot be  achieved. In this context, it is necessary to evaluate the reflections of the ergonomic risks that  may arise on the enterprise not only in terms of employee health but also in terms of  performance and efficiency. In this study, the possible effects of physical risk factors on the  performance and productivity of the employees in the manufacturing processes of an  enterprise operating in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone were investigated.
