Günümüzde farklı alanlarda faaliyet gösteren STK’lar bulunmaktadır. STK’ların faaliyet alanlarından bazılarına bakıldığında eğitim, sağlık ve çevre alanları gösterilebilmektedir. STK’lar toplumda var olan sorunlara çözüm üreten maddi çıkarı bulunmayan oluşumlar olarak bilinmektedir. Çok sayıda STK varlığı ve bu STK’ların yaptığı faaliyetler bazı durumlarda toplumsal güveni sarsabilmektedir. Bu doğrutluda toplumun, STK’ların samimi olup olmadığını ayırt edebilmesi zorlaşabilmektedir. STK’ların adını kullanarak birçok faaliyet gerçekleştiren, maddi amaçlar gözeten kişilerin de varlığı söz konusudur. Bu anlamda STK’ların güvenleri zarar görmekte ve uzun vadede itibar kaybedebilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı kamuoyunun gözünden STK’ların güvenini ölçmektir. Araştırmanın temel sorunsalı doğrultusunda nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket kullanılarak STK’lara güven düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda eğitim, sağlık ve çevre kuruluşlarından şubesi en fazla olan kuruluşlar seçilmiş olup ankette de bu STK’lara olan güven düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. TEMA ve LÖSEV’in toplum açısından güvenirlilikleri yüksek olduğu ÇYDD hakkında ise daha kararsız bir kitlenin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. STK’lar toplumsal güveni sağlamak ve farkındalıklarını artırmak için birtakım faaliyetler yürütebilmektedirler. Bu bağlamda, toplumun STK’larına olan güven düzeyinin yüksek olduğu görülmekle birlikte bu güvenin ve sadakatin korunması önemlidir.
Today, there are various NGOs that operate in different areas. With regard to some of the activities of the NGOs, education, health and environmental areas can be shown. NGOs are known as formations that do not have any material interest to solve the problems that exist in society. A large number of NGOs exist and the activities of these NGOs can in some cases ruin the social trust. It can make it difficult for the community to distinguish whether the NGOs are intimate or not. The presence of people who use the name of the NGOs to carry out many activities, which are monitored for financial purposes, is also mentioned. In this sense, the trust of the NGOs is damaged and may lose its reputation in the long run. The aim of this study is to measure the trust of the NGOs from the public’s eyes. According to the basic problem of the research, the level of confidence in NGOs was measured using quantial research methods. In this direction, the organizations that have the most branch of education, health and environmental organizations have been selected, and the survey also measured the levels of confidence in these NGOs. Thus, it is clear that there is a greater confidence in the community, and there is a greater confidence in the community. NGOs can carry out a number of activities to ensure social confidence and increase their awareness. In this context, while the level of trust in the community in NGOs is seen to be high, it is important to preserve this trust and loyalty.
Today, there are NGOs operating in different fields. When looking at some of the fields of activity of NGOs, education, health and environmental areas can be shown. NGOs are known as institutions that have no financial interest that produce solutions to the problems existing in society. The existence of a large number of NGOs and the activities of these NGOs in some cases can shake the social trust. It may be difficult for the society to distinguish whether CSOs are sincere or not. There are also people who carry out many activities using the names of NGOs and pursue financial purposes. In this sense, the trust of NGOs is damaged and may lose their reputation in the long term. The purpose of this study is to measure the trust of NGOs in the eyes of the public. In line with the main problematic of the research, the level of trust in NGOs was measured by using a questionnaire, one of the quantitative research methods. It was concluded that TEMA and LOSEV had a high credibility in terms of society, and that ÇYDD had a more indecisive population. NGOs can carry out a number of activities to ensure social trust and increase their awareness. In this context, although it is seen that the trust level of the society in NGOs is high, it is important to protect this trust and loyalty.
