Introduction and purpose: One of the reasons for frequently applying for emergency services is neck breaks. Mortality and morbidity are high in these fractures. According to many ortopedic surgeons, radiographic screening is to be sufficient in the treatment planning of these fractures. But for a better understanding of complex fractures, computer tomography (BT) is sometimes needed. Our purpose in this study is to determine whether radiography and IT are needed in the determination of the operation plan in the intertrocanterial (IT) column breaks. Method and Requirements: between January 2016 and January 2020, 71 patients, with both radiography and IT si in automation records, were operated due to neck IT fractures, were evaluated by nine observers. They only assessed whether radiography is enough to understand the breakdown configuration and the impact of IT on the treatment plan. The average age of 71 patients (37 women, 34 men) was 80.8±8.35. The observers found that 19.9% of patients needed IT to better understand the treatment planning and the configuration of the breaks. After observers examined the IT images of the broken, 5.7% of patients found that they made changes in treatment planning. A better understanding of the bacterial biomechanics, an anatomically achieved three-dimensional image with BT, and taking into account the developing implant technology, it was found that surgeons increased their requirements for IT imaging in the bacterial IT breaks.
