This study aims to develop a scale for evaluating creative learning environments created by pre-service teachers. In accordance with this aim, a pilot form including 52 items was applied to 311 pre-service teachers who study in Education Faculties of two different state universities in Black Region and Mediterranean Region in Turkey during 2016-2017 education year. Explanatory factor analysis based on varimax rotation method indicates that the scale has one factor with three components. Cronbach’s alfa reliability coefficient for overall scale was found to be .89 test-retest reliability coefficient of scale was found to be .94 (p<.05). Three components together explain 58.114 percent of total variance. According to confirmatory factor analysis, fit indices calculated for suggested model were found to be GFI (.87), IFI (.98), NFI (.97), NNFI (.98), RMSEA (.063), CFI (.98) and AGFI .(86). The obtained values indicate that the observed input matrix is predicted by the estimated model. As a result of analysis, it is seen that this scale is a reliable and valid data collection tool for pre-service teachers for evaluation of creative learning environment.
