Gıda sektörü insan ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasında stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Günümüzde bir çok ülke, bütün dünya ekonomisini olumsuz etkileyen Covid-19 virüsü ve çeşitli savaşlar gibi beklenmeyen durumların telafisinde gıda sektörüne önemli yatırımlar yapmaktadır. Hatta bu durum bir çok ülkenin yaşamsal stratejisi ve devlet politikası olarak önemini hissettirmektedir. Hızla artan insan nüfusu, yaşlı insan sayısının genç insan sayısına göre oransal büyüklüğünün artması ya da çevresel felaketler gibi bir çok duruma paralel olarak tarımsal faaliyetlere ilişkin yatırımların değer kazanmasına sebebiyet vermiştir.Bu özelliğinden dolayı bir çok ülkede tarımsal faaliyetlere olan yatırımlar küçük çiftçilerden ziyade önemli girişimler olarak görülmeye başlamış, aynı zamanda makine ve teçhizatlar gibi tarımsal girdilerin artan değerleri bu faaliyetleri küçük girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin dışına çıkartmıştır.Tarım sektörünün söz konusu kritik ve stratejik önemi üretim/pazarlama ve tarımsal muhasebe gibi iki önemli uzmanlık alanında çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesine sebep olmuştur. Bu makale ile, tarımsal ürünlerin pazarlanmasından yola çıkarak söz konusu kritik ayrıma yönelik işlemlerin muhasebeleştirilmesine yönelik örnekler verilmiştir.
The food industry has a strategic importance in meeting human needs. Today, many countries are making significant investments in the food industry in compensation for unpredictable situations such as the Covid-19 virus and various wars that have affected the entire world economy. Even this situation feels the importance of many countries as a life strategy and government policy. The rapidly growing human population has led to an increase in the proportional size of the number of elderly people to the number of young people or the value of investment in agricultural activities, parallel to many circumstances, such as environmental disasters. Because of this feature, investments in agricultural activities in many countries have begun to be seen as important initiatives rather than small farmers, and the increased value of agricultural income such as machinery and equipment has left these activities out of small entrepreneurial activities.The critical and strategic importance of the agricultural sector has led to the implementation of studies in two major specialties such as production/marketing and agricultural accounting. This article provides examples of accounting for the processes of critical separation, starting from the marketing of agricultural products.

The critical and strategic importance of the agricultural sector; It led to the realization of studies in two importantareas of expertise such as production / marketing and agricultural accounting. With this article, examples are given for accounting the transactions for the critical segregation based on the marketing of agricultural products.
