Bu çalışma Buhârî’nin Halku ef‘âli’l-‘ibâd adlı kitabının bir değerlendirmesini yapmayı hedefler. Çalışmamız Mihne’ye de konu olan Halku'l-Kur'an teolojik sorununa ilişkin Buhârî'nin yaklaşımını ve ulaştığı sonuçları bu eseri üzerinden değerlendirmeyi amaçlar. Onun bu kitabının tartışmaya ilişkin bir diğer önemi ise bu eserde savunduğu tezler sebebiyle Buhârî’nin kendisinin de bir toplumsal linç ile karşılaşmış olmasıdır. Kendisinin de mensubu olduğu Ehl-i hadis tarafından bir baskıya uğraması, bu esere daha dikkatli bakma gereğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Buhârî’nin bu kitabındaki tezleri sebebiyle bir mağduriyet yaşaması en basit hali ile onun belirli konularda mensubu olduğu ekol ile farklılaşan bir bakış açısına sahip olduğunu gösterir. Eseri daha yakından ele alıp Buhârî’nin tezlerini ortaya çıkardığımız takdirde, onun muhatap olduğu bu fiili durumun neden(ler)i hakkında daha net konuşma imkânımız da olacaktır. Ehl-i hadisin dönemde öne çıkan görüşleri de bu sayede daha belirgin bir hal almış olacaktır. Zira eserine yansıdığı biçimi ile o, İbn Hanbel’in görüşlerinin yanlış anlaşıldığı kanaatindedir. Ölümünden çok kısa bir süre sonra İbn Hanbel’in söylemi üzerinde bir değişimden söz edilebiliyor ise, Ehl-i hadisin konuya dair bakış açısında değişikliğin olduğundan bahsedilebilir. Bu yüzden çalışmamızda Buhârî’nin konuya ilişkin tezleri Ehl-i hadisin tezleri ile mukayeseli olarak verilecektir.
This book is a book of the name of the Qur’an, which is the name of the Qur’an. Our work is aimed at assessing the approach of Bukhari to the theological issue of the Qur’an, which is also the subject of Mihne, and the results it achieved through this work. The other importance of this book regarding the discussion is that because of the theses he defends in this work, the Buddha himself has also encountered a social link. He is also a member of the Ehl-i Hadis who has been under pressure, and has shown that he needs to look more carefully at this work. In this book, the teachings of Buhari show that he is experiencing a sacrifice because of the simplest way and has a different perspective with the ecol that he is a member of certain subjects. If we discuss the work closer and reveal the theses of the Bukhari, we will be able to explain more clearly why this real situation is the interlocutor. Thus, the sights of the Holy Spirit will be clearer than the sights of the Holy Spirit. In the way he reflects his work, he believes that Ibn Hanbel’s opinions are misunderstood. If it can be said about a change on Ibn Hanbel's speech very shortly after his death, it can be said that there is a change in the perspective of the Ehl-i hadith on the subject. This is why in our work the theses of the Bukhari subject will be compared to the theses of the Ehl-i hadis.
This study aims to make an evaluation of Bukhârî's book named Khalq ef‘âl al-‘ibâd. It aims to see Bukhârî's approach to the theological problem of the Khalqu'l-Qur'an, which is also the subject of mihna, and the results it has reached through this work. Another significance of his book regarding the discussion is that Bukhârî himself was faced with a social lynch due to the theses he defended in this work. The fact that he was subjected to pressure by the Ahl al-hadith, which he was also a member, made it necessary to look at this work more carefully. Bukhârî's victimization due to his theses in this book is his simplest form and shows that he has a different perspective with the school he is a member of. If we take a closer look at the work and reveal Buhârî's theses, we will have the opportunity to speak more clearly about the cause (s) of this actual situation to which he is the interlocutor. In this way, the views of Ahl al-hadith that stand out in this period will become more evident. Bukhârî thinks that Ibn Hanbal's views are misunderstood as reflected in his work. Accordingly, if a change can be mentioned on Ibn Hanbal's book and discourse shortly after his death, it can be said that there is a change in the approach of Ahl al-hadith on the subject. Therefore, in our study Bukhârî's theses on the subject and the approaches of Ahl al-hadith will be given comparatively.
