Abstract:

The main objective of this study is to study the relationship between the perceptions of self-capacity of classmates in the official primary schools and their attitudes towards coaching education. The universe of the research carried out in the Relational Scanning Model is formed by class teachers who are working in the Mardin or Kızıltepe district in the 2019-2020 academic year. They did not go to the way of taking examples and attempt to reach the whole universe. For this purpose, the scale was applied to 415 class teachers working in 26 official primary schools. The data collection tool has been used as the Measurement of Opinions and the Measurement of the Teacher's Self-Capacity Perception. The research has shown that teachers’ overall self-qualifications and sub-dimensional qualifications are “very high” levels. There has been no significant difference between the general self-quality and subdimensional perceptions of teachers between gender, the state of being a student in the classroom and the training/curriculum on the subject of the subject of the subject of the subject of the subject. However, in the family of the disabled person, the perception of a meaningful relationship was identified. The teachers who participated in the study’s attitude towards coaching education was found to be “middle-level”. There was no significant difference between the attitudes of teachers towards the coaching education and gender, being a coaching student in the classroom, being a disabled person in the family. In the exchange of training/curriculum on coaching or special training, significant relationships have been identified in some dimensions of their attitudes towards coaching training. In addition, a multi-linear regression analysis found that class management and teaching startups are meaningful contributors to coaching education.
