Splenik arter, abdominal aorta ve iliak arterlerden sonra üçüncüsık intraabdominal anevrizma yeridir. Splenik arter anevrizmaları, sirozda, hiperdinamik sirkülasyon sonucu, splenik arter kan akımının artmasıyla oluşan portal hipertansiyonun nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Kadınlarda sıktır ve diabetes mellitus, ateroskleroz gibi vasküler hastalıklar, multiparite ve alfa-1 antitripsin eksiliğinde de görülebilir. Birçok gerçek splenik arter anevrizması asemptomatiktir ve tanı rastlantısal olarak konur. Rüptür riski gebelik, portal hipertansiyon ve karaciğer transplantasyonu sonrası artar. Amacımız, splenik arter disal segmental dalında iki anevrizması olan, kronik karaciğer hastalığı ve portal hipertansiyonlu olguyu sunmaktır.
The splenic artery is the third place of intraabdominal aneurysm after the abdominal aorta and ligament arteries. Splenic arterial anevrisms are a rare complication of portal hypertension, formed by the increase in the blood flow of the splenic arterial hypertension, as a result of hypertensive circulation. It is common in women and may also occur in vascular diseases such as diabetes mellitus, aterosclerosis, multiparitis and alpha-1 antitripsin deficiency. Many real splenic artery anevrism is asymptomatic and the diagnosis is placed randomly. The risk of lipture increases after pregnancy, portal hypertension and liver transplantation. Our goal is to present the phenomenon of chronic liver disease and portal hypertension, with two aneurysms in the splenic artery disal segmental branch.
