Abstract:

The Sultan II. This research, entitled “The New Church Organization and the Musical Elements of the Organization” in the Modernization Policy of Mahmoud, has been studied as an example in the “Politics and Music” universe. The Ottoman modernization and processes in research form the entry part of the study. In the following section, the Sultan II. The time of Mahmoud Han was generally addressed and information about the modernization of the personality was given. In the next part of this section, the "new" topic, which holds an important place in the state policy of the president, is detailed with historical information about the novices. In the subsequent section of the study, the musical elements associated with the organization were included. In the result section, in the light of the findings, a series of conclusions were tried to be reached, and in the context of the subject, the results of the modernization policy of the Paddashah were discussed on both military and musical platforms. The research has not included the establishment and development stages of Music-i Hümâyûn.
