In study, 324 individuals (166 dealing with team sports and 158 dealing with individual sports) voluntarily participated, who were actively doing sports in 2018-2019 season. In collecting the research data, the mobbing scale was used, which was developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997) adapted to Turkish by Cemaloğlu (2007) and adapted to sports by Cengiz (2008). In the analysis of the data SPSS 22.0 was used. Independent Sample t-Test was used in the comparison of the paired groups, and One Way ANOVA analysis was used in the comparison of the multiple groups. As the conclusion of the analysis, it was observed that there was statistically no significant difference concerning the branch, league, and gender variables, it was also seen that the levels of exposure to mobbing in the participant athletes were generally below the medium level, there was less professional pressure on athletes in small age groups and with less sport experience, and they were exposed to mobbing in higher levels in terms of inter-organizational communication and social relations. Moreover, it was concluded that there was less exposure to mobbing in the groups with more experience in the same clubs concerning inter-organizational communication and social relations.
