Abstract:

İmalat sektöründe fiziksel çevre koşulları; işçi güvenliği ve işçi sağlığını, verimliliği ve iş kalitesini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu faktörler genel olarak; aydınlatma, gürültü, titreşim, hava şartları, toz, gaz ve buharlarını kapsayan fiziksel çevre faktörleridir.Bu çalışmada Fiziksel çevre koşullarından ortam faktörlerinin işletme, işçi ve çevre açısından öneminin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için Ankara bölgesinde Siteler, Akyurt yolu ve İvedik Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde; mobilya sektöründe faaliyet gösteren Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır.Araştırma verileri, işletme ortamında yüz yüze görüşülerek anket yardımıyla elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca işletmelerin fotoğrafları çekilerek tasnifi yapılmıştır. Sonuçta; işletmelerde aydınlatma düzeyinin yetersiz olduğu, çalışma esnasında gürültüye maruz kalındığı, ısıtma sisteminin yetersiz olduğu, hava şartları, toz ve temizliğin yetersiz olduğu gibi sorunlar tespit edilmiştir.

Physical environment conditions in production sector affect directly employee security and health, efficiency and work quality. These factors are generally physical environment factors consisting of lightning, noise, vibration, air conditions, dust, gas and steam.In this study, the determination of the significance of physical environment conditions was aimed with regard to management, employee and environment factors. Small and medium sized managements (SMEs) in furnishing sector located in the regions of Siteler, Akyurt and İvedik in Ankara were taken for this reason.Data provided by questionnaire and direct conversation method is tried to assess with the help of photographs. The results of this study indicate that lightning level, heating system, weather condition, prevention of noise and cleaning of environment were found insufficient in SMEs
