So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Obesity, defined as an abnormal or excessive fat accumulation in the body to the extent to which it disrupts health, is a chronic, inflammatory, multifactorial disease. Obesity caused by Sedanter lifestyle and high fat diet consumption has become a global problem and a public health problem, rapidly increasing in all age groups. It has also been said that obesity, which is identified as a key risk factor for many chronic inflammatory diseases and cancer development, increases the sensitivity to periodontitis. Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammatory, multifactorial disease of the tissues that support the teeth, which can be modified by many factors. Since both obesity and periodontitis are associated with systemic inflammation, it can be said that these two conditions are associated with a common pathophysology. Studies that study the relationship between obesity and periodontitis have an increased risk of periodontitis in people with overweight/obesity. Although the pathophysical mechanisms in this relationship are unclear, it has been stated that the development of insulin resistance as a result of chronic inflammatory condition and oxidative stress can play a role in the relationship between obesity and periodontitis. Under the light of the existing literature, this collection summarizes the relationship of obesity-periodontal disease and the possible mechanisms that play a role in this relationship.
