The monitoring of reproduction in animals is aimed at systematically transforming the natural reproductive systems of animals by human hand and many techniques are developed for this purpose. In recent years, many studies have been conducted to understand the basic mechanism of spermatogenesis, and the main causes of infertility in men are being studied at a molecular level. Specifically, spermogonial root cells are an important material for this purpose as a basic tool that forms the starting point of spermogenesis. The effectiveness of these cells in and between species increases their effectiveness. However, no serious progress has yet been observed in the identification of appropriate markers (markers) at the point of detection of the spermatogonia root cell. Another important topic in this context is that increasing studies show that spermogenesis is a complex process and reveals that our information on reproductive biology needs to be reviewed again. As a result, spermatogonial root cells promise hope in terms of their capabilities for use in both veterinary and medical fields.
