DEDE ÖMER RÛŞENÎ DİVANINDA OĞUZCA UNSURLAR

Oğuz diyalekti üzerine ilk değinen Kâşgarlı Mahmut olmuştur. Kâşgarlı Mahmut’un XI. yüzyılda yazılan Divanü’l Lügati’t Türk adlı eserinde Oğuzca, Kıpçakça ve diğer Türkçe diyalektleri hakkında kapsamlı ve önemli bilgiler yer almaktadır. XI. yüzyıldan sonra Anadolu’da kurulan Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti’yle birlikte Anadolu’ya yerleşen Oğuz boyları, bu dönemden sonra bir yazı dili oluşturmuşlardır. Böylelikle Anadolu’da bir edebî gelenek oluşmuş ve yazılan eserlerde Oğuzca unsurlar yer almıştır. Bu unsurların bir kısmı Dede Ömer Rûşenî Divanında da görülmektedir.

Çalışmanın giriş kısmında Oğuzlar ve Oğuzca üzerine bilgiler verilmiş, daha sonra Dede Ömer Rûşenî Divanında tespit edilen Oğuzca unsurlar; ses bilgisi, şekil bilgisi ve söz varlığı başlıkları altında ele alınmıştır. Ses bilgisi başlığı altında t->d- değişimi, ek ve hece başında -g ünsüzünün erimesi, b->v- değişimi, ön seste b->m- değişimi, ünlü incelmeleri, ön ses y’lerinin erimesi, kapalı ė ünlüsü, uzun ünlü, ünlü incelmeleri gibi Oğuzca unsurlar yer alırken şekil başlığı altında -IsAr şeklinde gelecek zaman eki, -DUK şeklinde sıfat-fiil eki, -UbAn şeklinde zarf-fiil eki, yönelme durumu +A eki, +Iŋ, +Uŋ ilgi hâl eki, +dIn/+dUn eki ile yapılmış öŋdin zarfı gibi Oğuzca unsurlar bulunmaktadır. Söz varlığı başlığı altında ise “andan, alma, ayruk, ben, buyurmak, dakı, eyle, itmek, kat, konşı, öŋ, öyle, öz/kentü, sen, tek, tınmak, utanmak, yaramak, yaratmak, yazmak, tap-/bul-” gibi Oğuzca kelimelerin Dede Ömer Rûşenî Divanında bulunan örneklerine yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Divanda yer alan bu sözcüklerin Türkiye Türkçesi, Azerbaycan Türkçesi, Başkurt Türkçesi, Kazak Türkçesi, Kırgız Türkçesi, Özbek Türkçesi, Tatar Türkçesi, Türkmen Türkçesi, Uygur Türkçesi gibi Türk lehçelerindeki kullanımlarına da yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Dede Ömer Rûşenî Divanındaki Oğuzca unsurları tespit ederek Oğuzca çalışmalarına katkı sağlamaktır.

Kâşgarlı Mahmut XI. his work, Divanü’l Lügati’t Türk, written in the 16th century, contains comprehensive and important information about Oghuz, Kipchak and other Turkish dialects. XI. the Oghuz tribes, who settled in Anatolian together with the Anatolian Selcuk State, which was established in Anatolia after the 16th century, formed a written language after this period. Thus, a literary tradition was formed in Anatolia and Oghuz elements took place in the written works. Some of these elements are also seen in the Divan of Dede Ömer Rûşenî.

In the introduction part of the study, information on Oghuz and Oghuz dialect is given, then the Oghuz elements determined in Dede Ömer Rûşenî’s Divan; phonetics, morphology and vocabulary are discussed under the headings. Under the heading of phonetics, t->d- change, suffix and syllable beginning -g consonant dissolution, b->v- change, front vowel b->m- change, vowel thinning, dissolution of protophonic y’s, closed vowel ė, while there are Oghuz elements such as long vowels, vowel thinnings, future tense suffix in the form of -IsAr, adjective-verb suffix in the form of -DUK adverb-verb suffix in the form of -UbAn, dative suffix +A, +Iŋ, +Uŋ genitive suffix, there are Oghuz elements such as the öŋdin adverb made with the +dIn, +dUn suffix. Under the heading of vocabulary, “andan, alma, ayruk, ben, buyurmak, dakı, eyle, itmek, kat, konşı, öŋ, öyle, öz/kentü, sen, tek, tınmak, utanmak, yaramak, yaratmak, yazmak, tap-/bul-” examples of Oghuz words such as in the Divan of Dede Ömer Rûşenî are given. İn addition, the use of words in the Divan in Turkish dialects such as Turkey Turkish, Bashkir Turkish, Kazakh Turkish, Kyrgyz Turkish, Uzbek Turkish, Tatar Turkish, Turkmen Turkish Uyghur Turkish is also included. The aim of the study is to contribute to Oghuz studies by identifying the Oghuz elements in Dede Ömer Rûşenî’s Divan.
