There is no illness, no vomiting. The family’s history of migraine is present in uncle. There is no family and no hospital history. In the last two weeks, he has been treated 5 times around the eye and has been applied urgently. There is no localization of pain, it feels everywhere in the head and lasts all day.There is no history of drinking or drug use. It is not triggered by food or drink. When the eyes are broken, it is uncomfortable to see. Photophobia and phonophobia. It can not sleep due to pain and the symptoms increase with insomnia. The school day is lost. He uses a lot of phone and computer. Stress and crying attacks. The neurological examination is normal. Fundus examination has no natural papilloma. There is no opsoclonus, myoclonus, nistagmus. EEG, brainMR and MRvenography are normal. No anemia, the biochemical parameters are normal. Psodotumor cerebrospinal, neuroblastoma and allergic reactions were not considered. Propranolol and fluoxetine have been prevented. The patient is being monitored by the pain. The result: in the literature, it has been with the association of mourning and headache in the eyes with trigeminalotonomicsephalgia, neuroblastoma, sinus ventrombosis, idiyopathic intrakranal hypertension,amiloidosis and aplastic anemia.These recurrent symptoms are more referring to the clinic of migraine.
