The aim of this study is to provide one-year prognosis and mortality rates for aneurysmic subarkanoid bleeding after surgery. Method and Requirements: Retrospectively, 75 subarcnoid bleeding aneurysm phenomena were studied in two separate brain surgical clinics. The endovascular coil facts have not been taken to study. The clinical conditions of patients were evaluated using the HuntHess, Fisher and GKS scales. Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) is used in the assessment of functional conditions. Results: 41(54.7%) of the 75 patients evaluated were men, 34 (45.3) were women, the average age was 49.4±11.5. Glasgow's coma score was 14 (range: 3-15), Fischer's score was 2 (range: 1-4) and HuntHess's score was 2 (range: 1-5) in average. There is a significant link between the Fischer scale and mortality rates. However, there was no meaningful relationship between GKS and HuntHess scores and prognostic factors. In the same way, no mortality ratio was observed in age, gender and aneurysm locations. This study has shown that there is a relationship between the Fischer scale and mortality.
