So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Günümüz küresel ve dinamik rekabet ortamında müşterilerle ilişkileri geliştirmek işletmelerin rekabetçi konumunu artırmada önemli bir faktördür. Bu nedenle Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi MİY son zamanlarda işletme yönetimi ve yazınında ön plana çıkan başlıca konulardan birisidir. MİY uygulamalarının amaçlarına kitlesel pazarlarda ulaşabilmek; müşteri bilgilerini temin etme, analiz etme ve işleme ile bu bilginin örgüt içi ve dışıbirimlere zamanında ve maliyet etkin bir şekilde transferine bağlıdır. Başka bir deyişle MİY bilgi yoğunluklu bir yönetim sistemidir. Bu çalışmada bilişim teknolojilerinin MİY’in başarılıbir şekilde uygulanmasındaki önemi; bilgiyi elde etme, işleme ve dağıtabilme kapasiteleri bakımından ortaya konulmuştur.
