Abstract:

Bu çalışmada içme suyu arıtma tesisi dezenfeksiyon ünitelerinde meydana gelebilecek tehlike ve tehlikelerin doğal sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan risk faktörlerinin, risk analizi ve risk değerlendirme çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. İçme suyu arıtma tesislerinde, kaynak olarak kullanılan su kütlelerine göre farklı prosesler uygulanmaktadır. Ülkemizde ve dünya genelinde en yaygın kullanılan dezenfektanlar klor, kloramin ve ozondur. Ülkemizde atıksu arıtma tesislerinde gerçekleştirilmiş risk analizi çalışmaları mevcuttur ancak içme suyu arıtma tesislerinde özellikle dezenfeksiyon ünitelerinde gerçekleştirilmiş bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada içme suyu arıtma tesisi dezenfeksiyon ünitelerinde çalışma ortamından, dezenfektan türünden ve çalışanlardan ileri gelen riskler belirlenmiştir. Tüm riskler 5x5 matris risk analiz yöntemine göre yorumlanmıştır. Dezenfeksiyon ünitelerinde temel sorun kişilerin yetersiz eğitim alması, uygun kişisel koruyucu donanım kullanılmaması ve dezenfektan maruziyeti olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşçilerin bilinçlendirilmesi ve düzenli aralıklarla verilecek eğitimlerle dezenfeksiyon ünitelerinin hem işçi hem de ortam sağlığı açısından oldukça güvenilir bir yer olması kaçınılmazdır.

This study conducted a risk analysis and risk assessment study of the natural result of the dangers and dangers that may occur in the desinfection units of the drinking water treatment facility. In the drinking water treatment facilities, different processes are applied according to the mass of water used as a source. The most commonly used disinfectants in our country and worldwide are chlorine, chloramine and ozone. In our country there are risk analysis studies performed in waste treatment facilities, but there is no study performed in drinking water treatment facilities, especially in disinfection units. This study identified the risks arising from the work environment, the type of disinfectant and employees in the disinfectant units of the drinking water treatment facility. All risks are interpreted according to the 5x5 matrix risk analysis method. The main problem in disinfecting units has been the lack of training, the lack of appropriate personal protective equipment and exposure to disinfectants. The awareness of workers and regular training is inevitable for the desinfection units to be a very reliable place for both workers and environmental health.

All risks were interpreted according to the 5x5 matrix risk analysis method. It has been determined that the main problem in disinfection units is the inadequate training of people, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and the disinfectant exposure. It is inevitable that disinfection units will be a very reliable place in terms of both worker and environmental health with trainings to be given at regular intervals.
