Tüberküloz hastalığının akciğer dışı tutulumu nadir olmayıp tutulan organlardan biri de deridir. Skrofuloderma kemik, eklem veya lenf bezi tüberkülozu gibi bir odaktan komşuluk yoluyla ya da primer odaktan hematojen yolla deriye ulaşan bir reenfeksiyon tüberkülozudur. Ciltteki kronik lezyonların ayırıcı tanısında tüberkülozun da akılda bulunması gereken bir tanı olduğunu hatırlatmak amacı ile boyunda pürülan akıntılı, ülsere lezyon ile başvurup skrofuloderma tanısı alan 10 yaşında hastanın klinik seyri sunulacaktır. Scrofuloderma, a rare form of tuberculosis, should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of chronic skin lesions so in this case report, 10-year-old female patient with a purulent, ulcerated lesion in her neck, diagnosed as Scrofuloderma was presented. Tuberculosis disease is not rare and one of the remaining organs is the skin. Skrofuloderma is a reinfection tuberculosis that reaches the skin through neighbourhood or through hematogenic pathways from a room such as bone, joint or lymphatic tuberculosis. In the distinctive diagnosis of chronic injury in the skin, tuberculosis is also a diagnosis that should be remembered in order to remind the patient of the 10 year old who has been diagnosed with scrofuloderma will be presented with a clinical course.
