Abstract:

In addition to the sensitivity brought by the developmental period in the adolescence period, pregnancy and motherhood cause serious problems in the direction of the baby’s health. The purpose of this editing article is to create a perspective on the nutrition, growth and effective and effective maintenance of breastfeeding during this process of breastfeeding. One of the most important problems that the mothers experience when they grow up is that they have less behavior to feed their babies with breast milk. This may increase the risk of nutritional problems and growth tension in the mother's baby. Children’s health care nurses should be taught and advised by breastfeeding and breastfeeding mothers to support their babies in their nutrition with breast milk more effectively and for a long time. At the provision of breastfeeding training and consultancy, the learning characteristics, interest in technology, the use of technology should be taken into account, which can enhance the success of education. Through technology integrated breastfeeding programs, breastfeeding rates and durations in breastfeeding mothers should be increased. This can reduce the baby's nutritional problems, ensure that the baby's growth is fit to age and gender. For this purpose, nurses can use their roles in consulting, care, education, research and advocacy, considering the developmental characteristics of breastfeeding mothers, to plan and implement technology-based breastfeeding programs. Adult-based breastfeeding education is an important nursing application for both mother and baby’s health.
