This study aimed to develop a valid and reliable scale on human-technology interaction in businesses. The working group consisted of the personnel in the managerial position of large-scale enterprises. 416 personnel were included in the study. Sample selection was carried out by convenience sampling method. A question pool of 80 items was created with the literature review. Construct validity was ensured by applying EFA to the obtained data, and the final scale consisting of 3 dimensions and 17 items was obtained. Dimension designations employment, productivity and individuality. The Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale was calculated and concluded that it was highly reliable. Construct validity of the scale was confirmed by CFA. The results of the research showed that the Human-Technology Interaction Scale is a valid and reliable scale.
