The main purpose of this research study is to find the writing accuracy in English of deaf students enrolled in an undergraduate program in a private university in Lahore. All the deaf students enrolled in the course of Sociology were selected as a sample and the total sample consisted of nine students. The writing accuracy of students was analyzed using the Convention trait of the Six+1 Writing Trait. The results revealed that the majority of the students used end punctuation marks in their writing, started the sentences with capital letters, and could write a paragraph. The majority of the students had difficulty in spelling high-frequency words, use of capitalization in places other than the beginning of a paragraph, and made grammatical errors. Teachers need to be trained in using strategies to uplift the skills of deaf students regarding writing.
