Fikret Özçelik’in Hadis Usûlünde Râvî Değerlendirme Metodu -İbn Ebî Hâtim Örneği- adlı eseri İbn Ebî Hâtim er-Râzî ve Cerh ve Ta‘dîl’deki Metodu adlı doktora tezinin matbu hâlidir. Eser İbn Ebî Hâtim (ö. 327/938) gibi önemli bir ismi konu edinmesi açısından önemli ve heyecan vericidir. Zira ülkemizde cerh-ta‘dîl ilmine dair kaleme alınan eserler hâlâ istenilen düzeyde olmayıp hem genel olarak cerh-ta‘dîl ilminin yapısına dair eserlere hem de her bir münekkide dair detaylı araştırmalara duyulan ihtiyaç devam etmektedir. Bu yazıda önemli bir ricâl münekkidini inceleyen Özçelik’in mezkûr eserinin İbn Ebî Hâtim’in cerh-ta‘dîl metodunu ne oranda ve hangi düzeyde tespit edebildiği incelenecektir. Üç bölümden oluşan eserde uzunca bir Giriş bölümü yer alır. Yazar burada konunun önemi, takip edilen yöntem, literatür taraması gibi konulardan bahsedip cerh-ta‘dîl ilminin doğuşu, önemi ve bu ilmi ortaya çıkaran faktörleri inceler. Birinci Bölüm İbn Ebî Hâtim’in hayatı ve ilmî kişiliğine, İkinci Bölüm el-Cerh ve’t-ta‘dîl’de kullandığı tabirlere, Üçüncü Bölüm ise İbn Ebî Hâtim’in râvi değerlendirme metoduna dairdir.
In the words of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And I am the one who gives righteousness. It is important and exciting in terms of the subject of an important name such as 327/938. For in our country, the works taken in the paper about the sciences of cerh-ta'dîl are not yet at the desired level and the need for the works about the structure of the sciences of cerh-ta'dîl in general and the detailed research on each monk is continuing. In this article, the study of a significant rical münekkid of Özçelik’s mosquito work will be examined in what proportion and in what level the method of cerh-ta’dîl can be identified by Ibn Abî Hâtim. The work consists of three parts of a long entry section. The author here speaks of topics such as the importance of the subject, the followed method, the scan of literature, and examines the birth, importance and the factors that reveal this knowledge. The first part is about the life of Ibn Abî Hâtim and the scientific personality, the second part is about the talks he uses in al-Cerh and the third part is about the method of the râvi assessment of Ibn Abî Hâtim.
Fikret Özçelik's work named Râvî Evaluation Method in Hadith Method -İbn Ebî Hâtim Example- is the printed version of his doctoral thesis named İbn Ebî Hâtim er-Râzî ve The Method in Cerh ve Ta'dîl. The work is important and exciting in that it deals with an important name like Ibn Abi Hatim (d. 327/938). Because the works written on the science of cerh-ta'dil in our country are still not at the desired level, and the need for both works on the structure of the science of cerh-ta'dil in general and detailed research on each critic continues. In this article, it will be examined to what extent and at what level Özçelik's aforementioned work, which examines an important ricâl critic, can detect İbn Ebî Hâtim's cerh-ta'dil method. The work, which consists of three parts, has a long introduction. Here, the author talks about the importance of the subject, the method followed, the literature review, and examines the birth of the science of cerh-ta'dil, its importance and the factors that reveal this science. The first part is about the life and scientific personality of Ibn Abi Hatim, the second part is about the expressions he used in al-Cerh ve't-ta'dil, and the third part is about Ibn Ebî Hatim's method of evaluation of narrators.
