Abstract:

This work discusses the present condition in the Republic of Turkey in 2019 in the field of migration retrospectively over the legal malfunctions occurring since the beginning of mass migration. The role of non-governmental organizations which is growingly prominent in the field of migration yet disputable in the analysis of migration is used in this work to clarify the field of malfunction. Additionally, NGO’s are discussed both with their part in today’s economy and with their feature as the collective memory of the field of migration challenging the malfunction functioning the juridical rules. Fort the new experiences in the field of migration to continue without being the repetition of the crisis happening during the time of this article, the article discusses the importance of making the memory on malfunction affective in addition to statutory law to reach a new legal configuration which would include an equal rights ground as well as refugee status.
